Safe Sitter Program Offered
High Point Regional Health System is the only hospital in the Triad now offering the nationally accredited Safe Sitter program, for children ages 11-13. This one day program teaches 11-13 year olds the responsibilities of caring for young children and addresses issues such as safety, child development, rescue breathing and first aid.
The program is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Millis Regional Health Education Center, 600 North Elm Street, High Point.
The $40 fee includes all program materials, and participants are asked to bring a bag lunch. Payments may be made by check to HPRHS or by cash. To reserve a space, please call 336-878-6713 or e-mail at Dana Fitzgerald at email@example.com.
