LoveLine Tree Lighting Funds Extras for Cancer Patients
The LoveLine Candlelight Service of Honor and Remembrance will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millis Regional Health Education Center, across from the hospital.
LoveLine is a program offering special care and support to cancer patients and their families at High Point Regional Health System. It provides patients in need with access to financial assistance for crisis necessities not covered by other resources.
Each donation of $5.00 will illuminate a light on the LoveLine tree in honor or remembrance of a loved one. A card notifying the family or honored friend and an invitation to the Lighting Ceremony will be sent. This beautiful annual ceremony will honor those being remembered and includes the tree lighting in front of the Hayworth Cancer Center, with a reception to follow inside.
For more information about LoveLine, how to make a donation, or attend the ceremony, contact Alana Holyfield in the Development Office of the hospital at 336/878-6293.
