Plan
The Plan is a 12-week comprehensive weight loss program
combining individual exercise programming, nutritional counseling,
and group support and discussion.
Find out:
• Exactly how many calories your body needs each day
• Exactly how long and how hard you should exercise
to reach your
weight loss goals
• Exactly where you burn fat most effectively while
exercising
• How to combine nutrition, exercise and the time
you have available to reach your goals
Participants of THE PLAN meet once a week for one hour.
A registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist or Clinical
Psychologist conducts each meeting and leads the open discussion.
A training journal and a workout log are provided for tracking
your daily calories out (exercise) and calories in (nutrition).
Two metabolic assessments, 12-week lecture discussion series,
training journal and workout log make up THE TOTAL
PLAN
