12-week Individual Fast Track
Package Includes:
Resting and exercise metabolic assessments
These assessments will provide information about your current
calorie needs, as well as determine an exact training zone
for efficient fat burning. There is no guess work here.
Exercise program design
Based on your metabolic assessments, health history, and desired
goals, a progressive exercise program will be mutually developed
by you and your Exercise Physiologist. A one-on-one orientation
session will get you acquainted with the use of each piece
of equipment, providing a good comfort level for even the
novice exerciser.
Six Personal Training sessions
Meet one-on-one every other week with your Exercise Physiologist
to go over and update your exercise program. These sessions
will ensure a safe and comfortable exercise progression, enhancing
your fat loss outcomes, and making your exercise experience
more enjoyable.
Six Nutrition Consult sessions
Meet one-on-one every other week with a Registered Dietitian
to identify your current eating habits and develop a personalized
plan for successful weight management.
Use of The Fitness Center
You will have unlimited access for the 12-weeks to The Fitness
Center, its state-of-the-art equipment, and professional staff.
You will also be able to participate in any of the group exercise
classes offered.
The Plan
A 12-week weight loss program in a support group mode includes
use of The Fitness Center, metabolic assessments, presentations
by Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and Counselors.
Teen FITT for Ages 12-16
An 8-week group fitness program design for ages 12-16 led
by an Exercise Physiologist includes presentations from a
variety of healthcare professionals on the importance of making
healthy lifestyle choices. For more
