Beth Talent, PAC, Certified Physician Assistant Beth Talent supports the clinical process prior to, during and after surgery. Beth received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She completed the Physician Assistant program at George Washington University in Washington, DC earning a Master of Medical Science degree, and a Master of Public Health degree. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association. Beth is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.
Amy Higgins, Front Office Coordinator, has come to us with a diverse background in healthcare and service work. Amy has extensive experience in customer service. Her main focus is to be the patient’s first point of contact helping to provide and educate them with all the necessary surgical information and insurance requirements needed in order for the patient to proceed to the next level. Amy also helps patients with their questions in the application process as well as coordinates support groups and any various program functions.
Shari Hatcher, Patient Care Coordinator, sets surgery dates and supports and guides our patients as they work their way through the program. From initial visit to our clinic to ongoing monitoring after their surgery and every step in between, Shari is there. She helps patients with their questions concerning everything from the application process to the pre-surgical processes to insurance and post-operative care. Sheri helps assure a low-stress experience for all patients.
