TeenFitt

An 8-week group fitness program, designed for adolescents ages 12 to 16, that combines formal exercise and education on healthy lifestyle living.
 
This is a great opportunity for teens to learn how to exercise properly and make lifestyle choices that will set the stage for a healthier, more productive future. The group meets twice a week and is led by one of our Exercise Physiologists.
