Personal Training

At High Point Regional Health System, we know that personal training goes a long way with some individuals. Our personal training sessions are dedicated one-on-one exercise sessions with an Exercise Physiologist that will magnify the motivation and intensify the exercise experience. Our Exercise Physiologists are patient and listen to your personal training needs. Thirty or sixty-minute sessions are available as well as personal training packages.
