Girl Talk
Girl Talk is a therapeutic group for teenage girls ages 13-15 who want to learn the coping skills needed to survive the DRAMA of teen years! The group will serve as a fun and economical way for teenage girls to discuss various topics and learn the appropriate tools needed to deal with the ups and downs of this thing called LIFE! Some topics to be discussed include: Self Esteem, Stress Management, Peer Pressure, and much more! Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 4:30-5:30pm at High Point Behavioral Health – 320 Boulevard Avenue, High Point, NC 27262. Cost is $10 per group session.

Harmony Women’s Group
Harmony Women’s Group is a therapeutic group for women 21 years and older struggling with mild to moderate depression and other life adjustment issues. It is a place where women can freely share their issues and experiences and engage in open discussion with other women going through similar life struggles. It is a group that will promote empowerment and development of coping skills to deal with life’s stressors. Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 4:30-5:30pm at High Point Behavioral Health – 320 Boulevard Avenue, High Point, NC 27262. Cost is $10 per group session.
