Mommy & Me!

Mommy & Me! are FREE Classes & Support Group for Moms and Babies (0-6 months of age) presented by Nurses, Lactation Consultants and guest speakers.  These relaxed and informal sessions provide opportunities for learning and support.  Our goals are to strengthen the parent-infant bond and promote development of strong parenting skills.  Plus, it is a great way to meet other mothers and babies that are experiencing some of the same challenges and reward as you.  Sessions include plenty of time for your questions and individual concerns.
