Whether you are an expectant or new mother, we offer a series of classes and support groups that will help enrich your experience as being a new parent. These classes are offered regularly at the locations listed below.

Hope-Filled Hearts: A Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group
Hope-Filled Hearts is a support group that aims to offer hope and support to women who are having a hard time with adjustments related to the pregnancy and postpartum period. Meetings will include opportunities for open discussion as well as education on topics related to motherhood. The group is facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselor, Enjonae Anderson of Mended Hearts Counseling.
Join us for an opportunity to meet other moms, share your experiences and support each other while navigating the path of motherhood. Group participants may bring infants 1 year of age and younger. The group meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at noon (Feel free to bring a bagged lunch) and the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
