Office and Appointment Policies

Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only, on a referral basis. Your appointment will be an approximate time. Every effort is made to keep your waiting time to a minimum. However, emergencies do occur and operations may take longer than anticipated; hence, delays are sometimes unavoidable. When this happens, your patience is appreciated.

We will remind you of your upcoming appointment, with both a reminder letter and by our automated telephone reminder system. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as far in advance as possible. Please make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointment.

Because of emergencies, we may reschedule your appointment. We regret that this may happen without advance notice.

New patients should plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time, to allow time for form completion.

To facilitate your appointment, please bring the following with you:
  • Medication List
  • Insurance Card

After Hours Emergency/Prescription Refills
One of our physicians is always on call after office hours and on weekends. They can be reached by dialing the main office number (336) 889-7700. All prescription refill requests and/or medication related questions should be handled during office hours. No refill requests will be given after hours or on weekends.
