Billing and Insurance

We understand how complicated billing and insurance issues can be to our patients.  That is why we have consolidated all of our financial services into one department based in High Point, while still providing knowledgeable staff support at each clinic site.  Central billing representatives are available by calling 336-878-6363.

Typically, you will be called by our staff prior to your appointment to confirm the time of your appointment and to discuss administrative matters related to your appointment.  Payment of co-insurance and unmet deductibles are required at the time office services are rendered.  As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance, but you are responsible for providing us with complete, accurate information.  Once your insurance plan has made their payment, you are responsible for any remaining balance on your account.

We participate with essentially all insurance plans including HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations) and PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations). They include, but are not limited to:

Most HMOs require a referral from your primary care physician to provide coverage of your specialized services.  We work closely with all referring primary care in providing cardiology services and returning you to the care of your primary care physicians as soon as medically reasonable.
