How to Refer
Getting the Help You Need
Referrals to High Point Behavioral Health can be made by any type of professional including physicians, mental health clinicians, attorneys, managed care organizations, or employee assistance program counselors. Family members and significant others can also make referrals. And, those suffering from a mental health or addiction problem can refer themselves.
To facilitate a referral, call our Behavioral Assessment Center at
(336) 878-6098 or

Our clinical staff can contact referring professionals, with the client's consent, after the assessment to discuss treatment recommendations, including coordination with managed care plans.
