The Employee Wellness Center: Get fit and stay fit·at no cost! All High Point Regional Health employees, volunteers and medical staff are eligible for membership in this private company fitness center. With all the latest fitness equipment, exercise classes, locker room / shower facilities, the Employee Wellness Center is open 5 a.m. until 11 p.m., 365 days per year!
The Fitness Centers: Two full service, professionally staffed, state-of-the-art exercise facilities, open to our staff, their families and to the public with two convenient locations - one in High Point on the bottom floor of the hospital and one in nearby Kernersville. Our employees can join for a discounted monthly fee, which can be paid through payroll deduction.
