Employee Testimonials

After many years of not committing myself 100% to losing weight, I went through a stress management class at school and found out much of my frustration was with weight and working out came from stress.  I found a clinic that is helping me to lose weight, and starting going to our employee fitness center.  I have participated in many of the fitness challenges in the past couple years and found them to be very informative and helpful.  Having the Wellness Center for employees to use free of charge as really been a blessing for me.  With economic times, we could not afford The Fitness Center, and now being able to having my spouse work out at the Wellness Center for no cost, too, is a definite benefit.  I have lost 40 lbs and continue using the Wellness Center at least four days a week.  Having the support of co workers, Latrice and my family, I hope to reach my goal by the end of this year and finish my degree.  I would like to say “Thank You”.
