High Point Regional Health System has

Two On-site Exercise Centers!
•The Employee Wellness Center:
Get fit and stay fit·at no cost! All High Point Regional
Health System employees, volunteers, and medical staff are
eligible for membership in this private company fitness
center. With all the latest fitness equipment, exercise
classes, locker room / shower facilities, the Employee Wellness
Center is open 5 a.m. until 11 p.m., 365 days per year!

Fitness Center
A full service, professionally staffed, state-of-the-art
exercise facility, open both to HPRHS staff, their families
(age 18 and older), and to the public. HPRHS employees can
join for a discounted monthly fee, which can be paid through
payroll deduction. The Fitness Center also houses HeartStrides,
our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program.

Employee Assistance Program
Sometimes it helps to discuss personal issues with an experienced
professional counselor. Our EAP is voluntary, confidential,
