A Call to Service Excellence

WHAT:
Using “A Call to Service Excellence” as its theme, High Point Regional Health System celebrates National Customer Service Week (NCSW). The purpose of NCSW is to recognize the importance of excellent customer service in strengthening business growth and customer satisfaction, which is vitally important in today’s economy.

High Point Regional’s celebration will focus on thanking patients for choosing the health system as their health care provider and employees for providing exceptional service. A number of Initiatives are planned for patients and employees.

Seven High Point Regional departments will be recognized for providing exceptional customer service over the past year, resulting in high patient satisfaction. Surveyed patients place these departments in the top 10 percent of all like sized hospitals nationwide. The seven departments are: Oncology Care Unit, Piedmont Joint Replacement Center, Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, Cardiac Telemetry Unit, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Heart Strides Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab and Nuclear Medicine.
