Free Clinic Discusses Impact Shoes Have on Health

WHAT:
As part of a monthly educational series, “Medical Matters,” the Fitness Center at High Point Regional Health System will discuss the importance of wearing the correct shoe.

Steve Golinski, exercise physiologist, will teach participants how to decide which shoe is right and discuss the impact shoes have on health.

This is a free event.
