I had an appointment with my primary care physician this week. I actually look forward to them now! I had thought my weight had stalled, but looking back at the records, my last visit was mid Sept. At that point, I weighed 183. This week, I weighed 177, so I am continuing to lose but at a much slower pace. That is what he expected to happen, since I am nearing my goal weight. Even 2 to 3 pounds a month is moving in the right direction. He did encourage me to exercise more to build up muscle so I don't lose muscle mass. I admit to being bored with my routine. I think I will take water aerobics for a change as well as spending more time on my treadmill.
