Weight Management and Virtual Grocery Shopping

WHAT:

As part of a monthly educational series, “Medical Matters,” the Fitness Center at High Point Regional Health System will be discussing weight management, which will include virtual grocery shopping. Dietician Susan Steelman will discuss how to choose healthy foods during the virtual adventure.

This is a free event for anyone who is interested in learning about weight management and healthy foods.
