Want To Stop Smoking?

WHAT:

High Point Regional Health System is offering a unique program to help those who want to stop smoking.

The QuitSmart Smoking Cessation Program, developed by Dr. Robert Shipley, uses a “warm-chicken” approach that minimizing withdrawal symptoms and helps maintain weight. Each participant will receive the highly acclaimed QuitSmart Kit, featuring these stop-smoking tools:

QuitSmart Guide
Hypnosis audiotape or CD
Better Quit cigarette substitute

The total cost for all three classes is $50.

All three classes start at 6 p.m.
