Plan Advance Care Wishes

Make sure your wishes regarding your medical care are both known and followed if you cannot speak for yourself.

Information about Living Wills, Health Care Power of Attorneys, and Do Not Resuscitate Orders will be provided at an Advance Care Planning Workshop on Thursday, March 31 at 11 a.m., at High Point Regional Health System.

There will be people to help you complete and notarize these documents free of charge. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the “Isn’t It Time We Talk” Advance Care Planning Guide. Do it for the people you love! Register by calling the contact center at 878-6888.
