New Position Created at High Point Regional Health System

Anthony Newkirk, MS, LPC, NCC, MAC, CCAS, formerly the Employee Assistance Coordinator at High Point Regional Health System, has accepted the newly created position of Employee Relations Manager and Chief Diversity Officer for the health system.

Newkirk will provide consultation and coaching to managers, assist with conflict resolution and employee issues and employee satisfaction efforts. Additionally, Newkirk will be responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive workforce diversity initiative for High Point Regional.
