New location for the Diabetes Self-Care Management Center

The Diabetes Self-Care Management Center at High Point Regional Health System has moved to the first floor of 319 Westwood.

The building is across the street from the medical offices in the health system’s large grey 404 Westwood Bldg. If you have questions about the center, please call 336/878-6902.
