Join Judy Osborne, RN, CDE, and Jeanne Johnson, RN, CDE, to learn how you can manage your diabetes or pre-diabetes with good nutrition and meal planning. Judy and Jeanne are Certified Diabetes Educators at High Point Medical Center Diabetes Health & Wellness, the only stand-alone diabetes resource center in High Point.
