High Point Regional Health System Offers Girls a Chance to Discuss Life

WHAT:
Girl Talk is a therapeutic group for teenage girls ages 13-15 who want to learn the coping skills needed to survive the "drama" of teen years.
The group will serve as a fun and economical way for teenage girls to discuss various topics and learn the appropriate tools needed to deal with the ups and downs of this thing called life. Topics will include: self-esteem, stress management, peer pressure and more.
Cost is $10 per session.
WHEN:
The first and third Wednesday of the month, from
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
*Group begins Wednesday, February 17
