High Point Regional Health System Offers a Women's Therapeutic Group

WHAT:

Harmony Women's Group is a therapeutic group for women 21 years and older struggling with mild to moderate depression and other life adjustment issues.

It is a place where women can freely share their issues and experiences and engage in open discussion with other women going through similar life struggles. It is a group that will promote empowerment and development of coping skills to deal with life's stressors.

Cost is $10 per session.

WHEN:

The second and fourth Wednesday of the month,
from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
*Group begins Wednesday, February 17
