High Point Regional Health System Names New CFO

High Point Regional Health System has named Edward Gasparovic as the hospital’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

“We are thrilled to have Edward become a part of our employee family,” said Jeff Miller, President, High Point Regional. “His experience, leadership and accomplishments are exemplary and he will be a great asset to this organization as we continue to provide exceptional health services to the people of our region.”

Gasparovic has dedicated his entire career to the health care industry and has served in a variety of leadership roles in his 32 years. Prior to joining High Point Regional, he was the vice president of finance and the chief financial officer at St. Clare’s Hospital, located in New York.

In this leadership position for this 160 bed community hospital, he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, maintaining working relationships with a number of external auditors, legal counsel and other business partners.

As High Point Regional’s CFO, Gasparovic will be responsible for all financial aspects of the hospital.

Gasparovic graduated from State University of N.Y. at Albany with honors and is a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association.
