High Point Regional Again Chosen Family Friendly

High Point Regional Health System was chosen one of the Family Friendly Forty companies in North Carolina by Carolina Parenting, Inc., publisher of Piedmont Parent magazine.

The publication cited more than 75 percent of the management team at the health system as female. In the September issue of the magazine, they mention, “High Point’s largest employer makes it their business to understand the needs of working women.”

With the largest single group of employees being nurses, the hospital’s nurse vacancy rate is still below the state and national standards.
