Golf Fitness Program at High Point Regional
6/9/2006
Golfers will go to any length to increase distance and improve performance, but with all the advances in technology the average handicap has not really changed in the past 10 years.
A Golf Fitness program designed to assess and improve golf specific muscular strength, flexibility, and balance is now available on an individual basis at the Fitness Center, Carolina Regional Heart Center, at High Point Regional Health System.
The program includes an initial physical screening which first identifies the muscle deficiencies, then works to correct them through an 8-week progressive exercise program.
Incorporating many of the techniques touring players now utilize, the Golf Fitness program is available to anyone wishing to improve their game for life. For information, contact the Fitness Center at 336-878-6221.
