Free Clinic Discusses the Engine of Life

WHAT:

As part of a monthly educational series, “Medical Matters,” the Fitness Center at High Point Regional Health System will discuss “My Heart – The Engine of Life.”

Participants will learn how the heart works and why it is important to keep it healthy. This free clinic will also discuss the mechanics of the little engine that keeps you running.
