Diabetes Program Earns Accreditation

The Diabetes Self-Care Management Center at High Point Regional Health System has earned its third 3-year accreditation from the American Diabetes Association. The center has met the National Standards of the Education Recognition Program of the association.

The center is an out-patient education service seeing people, by referral from a physician only, who have been diagnosed with diabetes or have early symptoms of the disease. The center can be reached at 336/878-6902.
