Diabetes: Making Carbs Count

WHAT:
As part of a monthly educational series, “Medical Matters,” the Fitness Center at High Point Regional Health System will discuss “Diabetes: Making Carbs Count.”
Participants will learn the basic carbohydrate counting skills for diabetes including: important tips for controlling blood sugars through basic carbohydrate counting, the latest news in managing diabetes from a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator.
