Cancer Patients Needed for Yoga Study
Cancer patients, who completed their treatments (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy or hormones) within the last two to 12 months, are being sought for a study determining the benefits of Yoga.
The study is being conducted by the Cancer Center at High Point Regional Health System through a grant from the National Institute of Health. The program will include two yoga classes per week for one month taught by certified Yoga teachers. There is no cost to the participants.
For more information about the study, call Kathy Reid, RN, Research Nurse Coordinator, at 878-6107.
