2004 Great 100 Nurses in High Point

Six High Point Regional Health System registered nurses have been selected as Great 100 recipients for 2004.

Those honored include Pam Byers of Trinity, Collaborative Patient Care Management for cardiovascular surgery; Lisa Duncan of Thomasville, Collaborative Patient Care Management for neuroscience; Connie Glasgow of Jamestown, Restorative Care Unit; Laura Hinson of Trinity, Collaborative Patient Care Management for pulmonary ventilation; Jana Hough of High Point, Intensive Care Unit; and Susan Welch of High Point, Collaborative Patient Care Management for joint replacement.

The Great 100, Inc. is a grassroots peer recognition organization created to honor nurses in North Carolina who demonstrate excellence and commitment to their profession by helping to improve health care services in their community.

These recipients will be honored at The Great 100, Inc.’s annual GALA event to be held September 25, 2004, at the Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, N.C.
